Welcome to Silver Luxe Grooming ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at silverluxegrooming.com (the "Service").

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payments for services are due at the time of booking. We use a third-party payment processor (Paystack) to handle transactions. We do not store your credit card details.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. Membership payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Silver Luxe Grooming be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
